Meet Our Director

My name is Noelle Pittman, and I am the Center Director for Little Stepping Stones. I have been with Little Stepping Stones for over three years and started as a teacher in the preschool classroom. I hold a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. I pride myself on my ability to connect with each family on a personal level to ensure that Little Stepping Stones feels like a home-away-from-home for everyone.

I love spending time engaging with the children and observing the teachers in the classrooms. I also enjoy spending time with my husband and five-year-old son and exploring the community. I am an advocate for early childhood educators, and I enjoy talking to people about the importance of the work that is being done at the early childhood level.
