We appreciate your interest in Little Stepping Stones. We normally hire for two positions, Full Time Teachers and Full and Part-Time Teacher Assistants.

Full Time Teachers must be credentialed by the State of NC and we prefer people who have at least two years of experience.

Teaching Assistants must be at least 18 years of age and have proof of a HS diploma or G.E.D.

All prospective employees must test negatively for TB and have a current Qualifying Letter from the N.C. Division of Child Development. Obtaining a Qualifying Letter requires a background check, as well as being electronically fingerprinted. References must be provided and will be checked.
